Default Head lights

Previous owner installed the hid kit. I crashed the car in the rain and I am in the process of rebuilding it. But the left side light is not working. If I put the ballast on the right side it works but not on the left. Help me please.

Replace the bulbs

If the ballasts work then the bulb is the problem

The bulb works when I put it on the opposite side its somewhere in the wiring of the car.

Get the volt meter out, yea? See if there is even power there.

Likely not, check fuses, wires, borrow power from other side?
