I found it about a half hour later. Been driving the car a little hear and there. It's running real good but there are a few areas in the map that are too rich and it stumbles so I've got to log those and get them tuned out...

I have pictures but I'm whipped after being in court for the day and having the judge wear my butt out

Hey John, I was wondering the other day, does Metric do anything special for the side and rear block coolant connectors or do they just specify the stock pieces?

Here is a little story about the turbo 318 -vs- some Subaru WRX STI. Driving to working minding my own business and up comes a STI and he starts holding my pace (speed limit). We catch a red light and the road is clear, I look over and he gives a little rev...It's on...Light turns green and he gets me by 3 cars right away. I'm through 1st in less then 1.5 seconds @10psi and hit scramble right when I shift second. Bam there is a slight continuous tire spin as I pull quickly up side of the WRX and start to pass @ 16.3psi. I bang 3rd and he is now falling behind quick so I let off.

Next light we exchange a thumbs up. Nothing like the feeling of a big dump of adrenaline, now I need a nap as I'm coming down

WRX's always gave me trouble but not anymore and this was a nice one

Man...
That brings back memories of my time living in Florida!...
I seriously had to race someone every single day... They never learned

You took on a very tough opponent, and came up on top, that means that the Turbo 318 is a confirmed BEAST!

I would have put 20+psi on him but my Meth controller craped out 3 days ago and the new one won't be here until Wednesday

I can almost guarantee a close to or over 400RWHP dyno run when I take her up for testing...

I'm having issues now with frame flex. My carbon Fibre sunroof is making cracking noises during heavy boost and the car is twisting and pulling to the right.

what you have in mind for this? how far you want to go?
it needs to stay a daily driven?

Chassis flex is very common on the Z3 due to the open roof. Storng Strutt makes a trilogy kit that might inspire you: on the Z3 it works very well. The plastic around the rollbar has the tendency to creack when going over bumps sideway. This solves the problem.

However check the rear subframe and make sure your not ripping it off the chassis...

time to get a full roll cage 8 points or more and foam the chassis, that would help with the chassis twist

I think I remember seeing this before. They fill the chassis with high density expanding foam.
