i wanted to ask if anyone received a tracking number from DDM prior to receiving their parts/order...
they use FedEx.
i received an electronic receipt on the 16th...so my credit card has been charged.
but, no tracking number or shipping verification. the owner told me i should see my bumper on the 18th....
my question is this: What has been your experience? __________________

I got a message from DDM a few days ago, didn't get to call them untill yesterday. I ordered the E36 M front bumper and E36 M side mirrors. They said the shipping calculator on the website for the M front bumper was inacurate and I had to pay an additional shipping charge. You may want to call them up and see if thats the case with your order. I just recieved the tracking number after I paid the rest of the shipping... __________________

i had that talk with the owner already.
i paid $80.00 for shipping.
still no tracking order.

I did get a tracking number for my parts, but only after I called them. After I placed the order online on a weekend, I did not receive any notification, so I called them during the following week, got the "sorry, we're really backed up" spiel, then poof, a tracking email, then the parts a few days later...
