I might start with just "hazard" as the part search function isn't very good about approximate matches. (I got the perhaps surprising relay names by looking at the BMW electrical drawings.) The parking lights ARE tied in with the turn signals. They take special bulbs. If any one of those bulbs goes bad, or if you install the wrong type of bulb, that whole side will act wacky. Usually, if a bulb goes bad, that side will blink really fast. To determine if it's the front corner, sidemarker or rear turn signal, just look at which one is not blinking or doesn't come on when you pull the headlight switch out one click. The parking lights(front corners, sidemarkers and rear ambers) should all light up when the headlights are on. They should only blink when you activate the turn signal or hazzards. I'm thinking you got the bulbs mixed up or installed the wrong type of bulb. | | | 06-24-2011, 10:32 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Louisiana Posts: 1,093 | i got all bulbs right . led tail lights i even un plugged them . i tried it all ,\\\ im 7 hrs just in tracking down wires and reading diagrams and such and see nothing ? im lost . __________________ was the 1 an only Bagged Ti on 19's!! | | | 06-24-2011, 11:09 AM | #6 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | IDK what to tell you then. Did they just suddenly stop working or did it happen after you did something? I'm just throwing out guesses here. Without actually seeing whats happening or what was changed, I really don't think I could be very helpful. Perhaps someone else can chime in. | | | 06-25-2011, 10:59 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Bremerhaven, Germany Posts: 977 | Quote: Originally Posted by dguzzardo22 the car acts as if the parking light is tied with the turn signal.... | By that do you mean that turning the parking lights on and off disturbs the turn signals (for example, one or more brighten or misflash) or vice versa (for example, a red tail light flashes with a turn signal)?
