NWA - Boyz N Tha Hood, and 3-6 Mafia - Slob On My Knob. They both hit incredibly hard, and only if you have 12s... Twista - Adrenaline Rush, it travels real deep and long. __________________ Joe, In San Luis Obispo E30-> '96 TI sport -> E30 -> '96 TI | | | 08-03-2005, 04:29 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: tailgating your slow ass Posts: 518 | subs suck they take up too much space and are just added weight in your car. | | | 08-04-2005, 02:54 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Pismo Beach, CA Posts: 500 | What do you do with your free space in your trunk? And do you race, or are you fat? The 50 lbs makes absolutely no difference if youre not racing. __________________ Joe, In San Luis Obispo E30-> '96 TI sport -> E30 -> '96 TI | | | 09-27-2005, 12:49 AM | #6 | Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Vancouver, B.C. So that basically cancels mine out. My car's got 10 speakers and without the sub the music just doesn't sound full enough. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 09-27-2005, 06:25 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Concord Posts: 326 | I have speaker all over the f*ckin place in my car and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have the best all around sound right now and that is a big priority to me. I guess it depends on how much you like listening to music in your car and how good you want it to sound. Plus the supercharger makes up for the added weight and gives me the little push I need __________________ 1998 318TI DASC•Custom Black Leather Interior w/ Silver Inserts•AC Schnizter:Pedals/Shift Knob/E-Brake Handle•Aluminum Gauge Faces•Alpine Speakers/Tweeters•Custom False Floor System•K&N Filter•Hi-Flow Z3/ti 97’•M3 Clutch•Lightweight Flywheel•Turner Motorsports SSK•H&R Race Springs•Racing Dynamics:Front Strut Brace/Sway Bar/Shocks/Bodykit/Rear Spoiler•Brembo Cross-Drilled Rotors•Supersprint Exhaust•19” Seducer Wheels•M3 Mirrors•Clear Corner Lights/Side Markers•Euro Taillights•DZUZ Fastened•3.73 LSD | | | 09-27-2005, 05:18 PM | #10 | Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Vancouver, B.C. I need something other then the speakers to give the lows i desire and to fully recreate all the sound frequencies. | | | 09-27-2005, 06:39 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: SoCal Posts: 144 | Quote: Originally Posted by Rhys H If u want something to pound your subs get a song called "angels with dirty faces" i am not sure who its by but dont be discouraged with the name.....This song POUNDS(its rap btw) | Are you talking about the Tricky song? __________________ known by most, hated by many, adored by the rest | | | 09-27-2005, 06:40 PM | #12 | Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Vancouver, B.C.
