Default Adjustable FPR w/ pressure guage

I seen this fuel pressure regulator on ebay, wondering if it would work for a dasc'd ti. I would like have the pressure guage mounted on the unit like this one, I just don't know if it is going to function like the stock dasc unit (rising rate). Take a look at it and tell me what you think.
