Default Throttle Travel 1/2" max?
On a 1997 TI...M44......The deal is......just reinstalled the head and all is fine accept, it seems the throttle will travel about 1/4-1/2" max and, I can see underheath the mounting cable area, the assembly comes in contact with another rotating assembly.

I can not manually move the "lower" spring wound assembly by hand. (Question is what is it and/or what triggers it to be "out of the way"?)

Was not sure exactly what to search on for this one.

Scratch the posting....... looking closer with a small mirror, the items are indeed attached and just needed a little bump after sitting for two months. (LIFE IS GOOD......ALL IS WELL)
