Default Help Me decide...

This spring/summer I am going to purchase a set of new wheels. I am stuck in the middle and can't decide if I wast to go with the 18" CSL reps or the 18" LM reps. I'm leaning more towards the LMs. What do you think? Help me out.

Well I just placed an order through modbargains.com for a staggered set of 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 CSL rep wheels. Hopefully I'll receive them by friday so I can get tires and install them on my car this weekend. I can't wait...

Congrats! Pics are a must once installed. I would have voted LM's, but CSL's are stilll awesome.

Thanks man! I was leaning in the direction of the LMs but CSLs have been my favorite wheel since I first saw them. For some reason I think the LM's look better on E30s. I haven't seen a ti with the CSLs yet either. I'm sure I'll like them a lot. I clay barred my car this weekend so as soon as I get the wheels and tires installed on the car, it will be ready for pics.

LM's are my all time favorite wheel... but good choice none-the-less!!
18's are too big for my roads, and i can't find 17" LM's reps.. soooo im just going with DSII's - i can't wait for my new wheels

Pics or ban once you get them

This is just an update on the status of my wheels. I finally received my wheels last wednesday after waiting almost a month for them to be shipped out. I guess there is such a high demand for these CSL reps they were on backorder. Then last friday I called around for tires and had to have them ordered. I went with BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW NT which will be mounted after work tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to get some shots of my car with the new wheels this week. I know it's supposed to rain most of the week so I'll see what happens.

Well, since you asked for it here you go. I had 18" CSLs on for a while but now I went to 17" staggered contours.

Well I took my wheels to have the tires mounted and the machine broke while they were putting the first tire on and it scratched my wheel. They are now having the wheel refinished and they took 100.00 off the price of the tires. That ish pissed me off but I kept a cool head since they are making good on their F up. As long as the wheel look like new when I pick the wheels up I will be okay.
