Replaced the kick panel and rear panel speakers with Rockford Fosgate 5.25" poly drivers. A considerable improvement over stock speakers. Still toying with the idea of adding a Basslink, but as I get older I tend not to turn it up as much and I think I need to conserve what little hatch space I still have (my 17" spare resides back there already...).

Jerry, did you use adapters to fit the 5.25 drivers? Are you connected to the stock amp or have you upgraded?

I did just order a set of adapters for the rear speaker panels.

I stuffed mine in the garage. It's already got cancer. Can't stand the idea of driving it in the salt

Sport tires and snow don't go to well so I try not to drive it when it's slippery. Plus my body is pretty clean except for a dent my son put in it and I don't want to get any more salt on it than necessary. My wife seems to think her car has dibs on the garage, but I'm going to put the Ti in there soon for some maintenance.

Rolled over 150k. Should I get it a present?

17k in the 10 months I have owned it. Going strong.

Default More fun

Let's see...replaced the dead bulb for the HVAC panel, pretty easy, flushed the power steering fluid, not too bad, and changed the cabin filters. That's a PITA, but worth the effort. Not only were they black, but they were packed with junk.

I'll say this, the airflow was definitely restricted. Major difference in the volume of air blowing out. Just have to be patient, and follow the tutorial provided here (Thanks!) I got filters that fit from da Boid, they're a compression fit, and sit in the cutouts snugly. Good stuff.

Tomorrow gonna wash and wax her, and be ready for the cold air coming next week.
