Blue lights visible from the exterior of the car are illegal in all 50 states.
IN some of them they "could" get you for imprsonating a police officer (Felony...) Yes some get away with it but its a pull me over for free card for every cop in the country...

Good Luck!

Oh wow! I did not know that! I see cars with like purple and light blue headlights. Is it illegal because it looks like an emergency vehicle?

that's exactly why, it's even worse on your turn signals because then it's a flashing blue light, I'd pick up some stealth bulbs so they light up orange but you don't have the amber bulb visible in the light

as soon as I saw "Audi style headlights" I knew what was going to happen in this thread, when you do mods on your car that go against the norm you have to have some pretty thick skin, I went through the same thing you did early on when I started posting here

I kinda like the idea, but because the TI has a lower nose than the Audi I think it would have looked better if the row of LED's was thinner. They dont look too bad, I've seen worse from Ebay thats for sure...

Yeah I could agree that they could be a little bit thinner because at some angles it just looks kinda weird the sloped nose. But they are pretty cool because from head on the LEDs start where the hood line ends and they end in the grill. It just kinda flows and makes the hood look not so square

Do you know with white turn signal lights are illegal? Or does it just have to be amber/ orange? Haha yeah it's hard getting bashed by people for doing something that's not BMW to a BMW, I just liked going against the norm and people notice it more, even if it's bad, and I can't please everyone right?

they're supposed to be amber, but I doubt you'll have a problem with them in white

I know what you mean, this is what my car used to look like when I was around your age. Eventually my tastes changed but it was fun doing my own thing for a while
