might be going out on the limb but, 1. the wheels were stolen around 2 am. WHO IS RANDOMLY OUTSIDE WATCHING PPL AT 2AM. 2. HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING, i would atleast should out something or pull out the gun to try to scare them. 3. WHAT A DUMBASS NEIGHBOR! i bet the neighbor had something to do with it.. whats the chance that hes standing out there at 2 am randomly, on the night they got stolen, and didnt say anything till after they left. __________________
