I know this is gonna sound dumb, but how do I change the differential and transmission fluids?

I was car illiterate (mechanically speaking) until a few months ago, and I don't know how to change these fluids in the ti (or any other car for that matter). As far as the differential goes, I see the little drain nut at the bottom of it. But where do I pour it in?

Another question is how often am I supposed to change my diff. and trans. fluids? I think it's been a long while...

I do believe the fluids get replaced on Inspection II, every 36K miles. I do it every spring. Don't forget about the brake fluid and gas filter too.

Ron Stygar posted his instructions to change the diff fluid over here.

Transmission instructions are over here.

Now I just gotta borrow a friend's garage space for a while, get the materials and get dirty.
