my 1st ti and i swapped the engine

It took about 6months but here she is, its a 98 a 5speed and m52 engine i think whatever it is its a six cylinder now..a friend gave me the car w a rod knock on the m44 engine and i just so happened to have a 328i motor laying around and walla shes just about back in service...here's where i may need some help..shes throwing sum codes check engine and inspection. Vanos solenoid stuck. And says o2 limit. It doesn't seem to have any vacuum leaks. Would the vanos be throwing the o2 codes? And how do i get rid of the rear exaust flap code? And am i ever gonna get it to pass smog?(im in las vegas) i know i have another code but I'll update in a few im trying to post sum pics for you. Dont hate

Well it does have a ford f150 grill hacked to fit lol..but thank you...turns out I'm getting an evap pressure sensor code as well if anyone can help out
