FS: Complete Black Sport Interior

Everything is in perfect condition except for the back seat having a very very small tear that has already been repaired. I would like to sell everything together however, I am willing to part it out separately.
-The front and rear seats are Black leather on the sides and black/gray cloth in the middle. They are NOT power operated but they do have the multi-function manual controls.
-The door panels and rear lateral panels are black and they have cloth inserts to match the seats.
-All of the carpet throughout the whole car in black.
-The black headliner with a sunroof. The headliner is falling down in places but will be easy to fix, especially if already out of the car.
-I have all of the plastic that goes in the inside of the hatch door.
-Black speaker kick panels.
-Full black dash with no cracks.

Is there any sunfading on the top of the rear seat backs? It looks like these are the early style rear seats without the headrests, is this true?

1995 seats so yes. No on the sun fading question. The ti was garage kept from 95 until 2005. No headrests either
