New(ish) member from Socal

Hello members of 318tiorg. Just thought i'd properly introduce myself. My name is Tem, screen name cuseikan (short for because I can). I own a stock red and black 98 318ti. Purchased it a few years back with 200k miles and have been zipping around all of the I.E with it. I love hatch backs, I had numerous honda crx before purchasing the Ti. And wow is it a great improvement v.s the lil hondas. I've lurked on the forum soaking information for quite a while now. I really enjoy this forum and community. There is a great deal of comrodaery, knowledge, and maturity in this forum compared to other forums I visit. Unfortunately the lil Ti finally gave out on me after a few years of me beating on it. Blew the head gasket and am currently looking to do a s52 or m52.I've been searching and absorbing any and all information that is on this forum about the swap. I will certainly post up a thread of the swap once i've sourced all the parts, and start yanking stuff out. Also will be getting with Jim for his swap manual.
