Can someone make them here in US? What brand of speakers or component set you and L8 replacing with? | | | 05-11-2007, 03:38 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Saint Paul, MN Posts: 3,244 | When you install will your speaker aim toward the center of the car (like the original from the looks of it) or will it aim straight up, etc? Nice contribution BTW. BMW offered MBQuart 4T speakers as a stock part, saw them once on ebay, they were gone within 30 minutes. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 05-11-2007, 05:00 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | Bought these. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...7353&rd=1&rd=1 Quote: Originally Posted by StealthBimmer Nice find on the adapter. I have a set of Diamond Audo speakers in the back of my ti, too. But they are 4". These came in my car when I bought it. I had not heard of them before either. The PO was a real audiophile, though. And thought they were great speakers. They sound really good for 4", but a bigger speaker would be awesome. Let me know how it goes. | | | 05-13-2007, 04:37 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | L8 you made a good choice on the Diamond speakers. There are a few other German brands that is good like Rainbow. The members that switched to 5.25 give us some feedbacks. | | | 05-17-2007, 11:15 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | i recieved these in the post yesterday i gave all in all 9 euros thats, 12 dollars, or 6 pounds!! the sellers email, and address is shown on the invoice __________________ Vin Number decode and Retrofit Pdfs Available Free !
