Default Creaking Noise in Rear over Bumps

I've got a '96 ti with H&R springs (4 months old) & Bilstein HDs (2.5 years old) and the rear suspension creaks over bumps. What is the most likely cause of this noise?

Thanks

I'm running H&R sports and Konis and I also have a creaking coming from the left rear of the car.
