Smile 1995 BMW 318ti (Kind of)

Hello Fellow enthusiast,
I am looking to get your opinions on what you think this car is worth? I spent a lot of money to make this car what it is, and I need help separating the emotion stress of what Iíve spent on this car and what itís worth to a serious buyer.
The car is for sale, if someone has a serious offer and would like to discuss outside of the posted thread
I am open to possible trades plus cash if someone has a nice E92 M3 Convertible they want to let go of
I named this car MPOSTER because she is not what she appears to be.
Cliff Notes;
1998 BMW M3 S52 Engine
1998 BMW M3 Transmission
Active Autowerke Supercharger
1999 BMW Z3M Rear sub frame/Diff assembly (3.23 LSD/ W /cooling finned cover) Rare
F/R E36 M3/Z3M Coil overs (respectively)
(New) M3 Brakes front and Rear
Car currently has 158K miles on it (Donor miles were close to 318 miles when the swap was done about 2 years ago).
The ABS light (Amber) stays on (Never had any issues with the brakes)
