No, you need the brake/clutch pedal assembly, fluid line to the master cylinder mounted on clutch pedal, hard line going down to tranny. Soft line and slave cylinder at tranny. Front section of driveshaft shaft because tranny is shorter. Then you need to swap out the rear end and a regular e36 318i rear end won't fit your gearing will be different. Also have to wire up neutral safety to a clutch switch and run reverse wire out to engine harness cuz reverse is in the tranny not the shifter now.
