I really am surprised. Is it the slushbox that everyone hates?

Feed back? I put it one 15"s yesterday and looks better in my opinion. Seems like it will be my first project in my new garage next month.

As you can see nice big garage. Looking forward to moving.

Hi Greg, The Auto prolly has something to do with it. The effort to swap it perhaps is not reflected in the pricing for someone wanting to go that route.

For someone that wants an auto, it is a clean ride.

Prices will vary, here's my reference points:
The last two auto TIs I picked up were below $1400 each, but not in as maintained shape as yours, but for >$1600, will be in nice, clean running order with straight bodies. A third TI 95 Sport manual was had for $1300, but needed about $1k in parts.

I paid $4k for my 97 Sport Manual in very clean shape. I eventually blew the motor, but it was all good when I bought it.

$4.8 for my 98 Sport Manual Cali. The Cali needed >$300 of minor work, but was Dinan chipped, Supersprint, Contours with new tires, M3 twisties, just about every factory option, Dice iPhone integration and had solid documentation from the day it left the factory.

What I appreciate about your car is that it seems to have been maintained and modded tastefully. Folks interested should consider that this is labor they wont have to invest in from the start and can be thinking forward of what they may want.

The labor is easily worth $1k plus maintenance parts someone wont have to worry about up front.

GLWTS! Nice garage! I bet the house is nice too... Rich

House has a brand new kitchen that jut out in front of garage is Kitchen that is about equal too our kitchen in our present place. That being said it needs a both bathrooms updated but the great room above the garage is a live in Mother in Law suite.

So in three years I have free child care...Not that I will need it then when kids are 15.

Meeting with owner tomorrow to discuss things with out our Realtor's being there. Unorthodox but see what he has to say.

Sold last week, 3.5K not as much as I wanted but my white e30 M3 sold for more than I was expecting it to go for. Keeping the other M3's.

Thanks, grumbly about selling my white e30 M3 but was paranoid every time I drove it. I planned to keep it for retirement car but honestly only drove 4 times in the last two years vs the Zinno one, that has pathetic paint so I don't get upset and with nearly 300k on it makes it a fun car.
