Default Sticking Steering

Ok new problem with my car i searched around on the forum got some good ideas on what to try and fix the problem i am having. problem is that the steering is sticking either to the left or the right were it wont go back to straight i have to hold the steering wheel in the oppisite direction to get it to go straight. what i have done and checked, powering steering fluid is topped off but looks very milky and second thing i replaced the front supension. so i am finding i could do a fluid flush but i am not positive that would help i just need reasurance that could help

thanks in advance

Did you get it aligned after replacing the suspension?

What front suspension does it have? If stock, are all the washers and parts at the top strut mount in the correct orientation?

I had bad strut mount bearings and it would cause the steering to stick after making sharp turns.

If the suspension was redone after the PO's alignment, it definitely needs to be realigned again.

This is exactly the problem that I am having right now- it looks as though the upper spring plate is hanging up on the bearing when it's up in the air and someone it turning the wheel. Steering gets tight as you cycle the wheel, then the spring/spring plate releases and it's fine again until you come back the other direction. At first I thought it might be a defective bearing (which I'm probably going to replace again, to be sure) but now I'm thinking it might be because I have a ti spring plate with an M3 strut bearing. The M3 plate is a different p/n and I'm thinking that might be a contributor. All upper spacers were installed per factory diagram.
