Default Weekend project parts

My girlfriend says I have too many car parts in the living room, what do you think?

I'll be doing the vented brake upgrade, stainless steel lines, meyle HD control arms, offset m3 bushings, oil change and "summer" stereo system this weekend!

Control arms and GIANT 3" MAF:

UUC Brake Lines (Thanks Chris!!)

All the crap piled up in my apartment, I miss having a garage!

what UUC kit are you using? it's not stock ti? IIRC Ron(UUC) didn't make one for the Ti.

How much were they?

jeez, Dusten, your apartment looks like mine! Except your parts are alot cleaner... and your house looks alot cleaner... and your plants aren't dead...

I digress. Looks like you've got some projects ahead of you, and I hear ya about not having a garage... oh how I miss my garage...

Damn, I just remembered we live like 6 miles away from each other. We should just rent one...

6-line set from understeer.com. I hope they work! $125/shipped.

Yep, the HD ones with metal centered ball joints. Those should be fun to put in. Actually I'm guessing the CABs are going to be the hardest, but I got a tip from one of my fabicator buddies. Basically put the CABs in the freezer overnight and heat up the bracket, the CABs should slide right in while they're cold.

I looked at some warehouse space off of Fish Hatchery, my neighbor (clegg) was talking about renting a place to work on his SVT Focus. I wouldn't mind sharing some shop space with others...

IM me later tonight.

I just cleaned out the living room of my suspension parts. It's freaky, when I saw those pics, I thought it was my living room. I have the exact same carpet.

Yeah, I'd be down for renting/sharing for a good working space... I have a carport to park in (helpful since I don't drive the Ti in the snow) but working in it sucks royally... I can't keep my tools out there, and 28 degrees with wind is just evil..

I have heated underground parking and 2 stalls. It never gets colder than 65 degrees, but the light is really dim and there are no electrical outlets. Plus, I can't really use any kind of smelly cleaners/chemicals because the fumes would kill my first floor neighbors.

6-line kits fit:

3-series 1992-1999 E36 - M3, 328, 325, 318 (not ti)
from Understeer.com...eh....well I'll see how yours goes.

I used 95 M3 CAB, has them pressed at the shop, and instaled the whole front suspension on a Saturday morning.

So the UUC 6 kit will fit the Ti, even though they say it wont? Or do you have kitbash something out of it?
