I am doing a 5 lug swap on my E30. I was told that I need a ti rear to make it work. I don't know exactly what parts I need but I will look into it. If you happen too know what I need, and you happen to have that part, please let me know. TIA, Fernando __________________ | | | 06-13-2008, 03:45 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | just curious what do you do for the front? __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 06-13-2008, 05:02 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Pittsburgh, PA Posts: 1,224 | for a 5 lug swap, you either use 5-lug e30 m3 rear drive flange (I think the regular 50 and M3 30 have compatible wheel bearings) or take the trailing arms and rear crossmember off a ti. You can swap over your e30 half shafts, springs, and shocks onto the ti parts. | | | 06-16-2008, 02:47 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: PA Posts: 1,906 | For the front I will use my E36 M3 coilovers and such. For the rears I need the 318ti Rear Trailing Arms complete with hubs, calipers, etc. If anyone has these please let me know, THANKS!!! __________________ | | | 06-17-2008, 06:57 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: PA Posts: 1,906 | I got what I needed.
