Default Hello I'm new

Hello everybody

Just wanted to say what's up because I have now decided to register to the site.

I am 26 years old and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I bought my first car last year in May. It is a silver 1996 318 ti.

I bought the car off of my friend who did not want to sell it but has a family and he also used some of the money to invest in his e34 . Needless to say my friend is into cars, specifically BMW, and since I bought this car I can say that I see why he loved this car. It is a great car and fun to drive but I definitely need to put some money into it now.

The car had 142,000 miles when I bought it. I have driven it to about 147,000 miles now. I'm not a mechanic but I do think with the help of this site I can learn to take care of some proper maintenance in the car on my own.

Anyways thanks for reading this. I'm looking forward to chatting and getting some advice from you all.
