Florida Vacation...again

Cindy and I have returned to our favorite spot...Southern Florida! We had a nice flight in from Denver and scored a sweet Infinity rental car. The drive across Alligator Alley produced our first view of an alligator in the wild. He was a biggun too...about 8-10 feet long! Hard to take it all in at 80mph tho. But it was cool to see the creature in his own habitat just cruising down the canal.
Our stay for the next 4 days will be here in Naples on the Gulf Coast side of the state. We really like it here. The trees and plants are incredible! The roads are damn near perfect. And, there are 3-lane roads vs. the 1 & 2 laners in Denver. So, driving is a pleasure here.
There is a bass pond outside of our hotel room. (no sh!t) And wouldn't ya know...I brought my rod and reel with a bunch of lures. I caught 3 nice bass just minutes after arriving. I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the balcony door to lay eyes upon this pond...BLISS!
So, there's your update. I'm stoked to be here, and I'm sure that Cindy is too.

Cool south Florida is a nice place roads are pretty good too and they are constantly fixing highways Naples is a hell of a place 1 hr away from me and like 1:30 from hellaflush. And fishing is a pleasure only bad thing is the random weather and sometimes that summer heat. But hey man looking forward to meeting you guys when you move down here

Headed up to St. Petersburg today to see JohnBoy and his kids. It was a nice drive. I'll tell ya this, these freeways and surface streets in Florida are awesome.
JohnBoy's BMW is an amazing car. I never thought I would feel a little 4-banger with so much power...but I did today. It literally put me back in my seat. I have to laugh as I recall John saying, "here it comes" just about the time the turbo kicked in. And boy did it!!! All I can say is WOW...what a car!

Nice to meet you and Cindy in person. Remember all you got was 15psi. Next time I will ensure I have a tank of meth and slicks so you can feel 30psi. Been off the board on a vacation with the boys since the 7th but I knew you were going to post so I got a laptop to visit the board. Hope to return home on Monday.
