He took a good chunk out of his side and it looked like he was going to die. My dad held on to him for a couple hours trying to figure out what to do with it,seemed like he got a little better from being held in warm hands. Anyway we didn't know what to do so we put him in a box with some water and put him in the shed and closed the door so the cats wouldn't find him. We were not sure if he would make the night. Before i left for work i checked on him and he was still alive, kind of feel bad for it since it's a baby. The bunny is about 10 inches long if that,it's really small. If we let him go close to the house the cats might find him again so we don't know what to do. Damn cats... __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 07-20-2006, 04:59 PM | #2 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 17 | I say let the cats find the thing before they multiply...then you will be stuck will a bazillion rabbits eating everything around your house. They are everywhere here in my subdivision along with the stupid geese and ducks that fight for space and crap green stuff EVERYWHERE...there are so many of those things here they laid eggs in a planter on our patio. My neighbors wake up early to chase them out of their yards. Its like a zoo around here...I was glad when the hailstorm was here to kill off some of that crap. I like my nature on the discovery channel only. He's got a nice piece taken out of him but it stopped bleeding after 10 minutes. I feel bad for it,but nothing i can do since i'm at work. I got to get some carrots for it,if i feed it for a couple of days and looks like he's better i;ll release him someplace near my house. That way if his family is still by maybee he can find them. Man i sound like a sensitive prick. My friend told me his cat killed a rabbit last night around the same time ine attacked this one. That was strange. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 07-20-2006, 07:18 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: MD/VA/DC Posts: 834 | pls take it to the vet | | | 07-20-2006, 07:22 PM | #13 | TRETEN IRGENDEINES ESELS Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Rhode Island Posts: 3,687 | I took this last night. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 07-20-2006, 07:30 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: MD/VA/DC Posts: 834 | Quote: Originally Posted by Tyler I took this last night. | that looks just like baby bunnys out side my house most be a month old could be a nest somewhere around your house. i found 6 bunnys in a nest on side of front door behind some bushes you should have the vet check him out | | | 07-20-2006, 07:32 PM | #15 | TRETEN IRGENDEINES ESELS Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Rhode Island Posts: 3,687 | I would take him to the vet,but by the time i get home it will be closed.
