Default 95 ti - high mileage - What's it Worth

I'm wondering what I could get for my 95 ti.

-186,000 Miles
-Base Model
-Manual Tranny
-Black exterior, Gray interior
-Slight sag in the headliner
-Sunroof
-New head unit and sound system
-No performance mods
-Small dent in the left rear quarter.

-All in all, it runs good and no one would ever guess it's close to 200,000.

So what should I price it at? I'm in no hurry to sell.

Mine has 255,000...I would still be asking $3000 if not more, if I were to sell mine.

I would say around 2k to 3.5k. And also depence on your car. How is the condition? Is there any damage around your car?

I got mine for $2500... it has 186k miles on it & still running / looking like a champ (minus a busted out right driving / fog light).

As any car, it depends on how well the previous owner(s) took care of it... Regular fluid changes? Any body body repairs (from an accident)? Receipts for repairs?

Thanks guys!

The cars is in good-excellent condition, and the fluids have been changed regularly.

The only other thing that I failed to mention was that the trunk shocks don't work anymore. I'd hope that I could get more than $2500 out of it. Thanks again.

No one is saying you can't get more than $2500... I just came across a score & jumped on it. Have you gone to www.kbb.com or www.nada.com ??? If you want to see the average market value of a car, just plug in the #'s and wa-la! KBB on your car should be $3500+

And if you're in "no hurry" to sell, just list it for a tad higher price on online classifieds & see if you get a response.

I think anybody with a 1995 with over 150k is pushing it with 2500$... If you can get somebody to pay $3,000 or more even better but your car needs to be flawless and working. No busted hatch struts. From the general description this car would be fair to good, not excellent.

You would need to have done a lot more than just fluid changes to justify charging more than $3k. Working suspension, clutch, newer radiator(cooling system), etc... Otherwise the buyer is looking at having a few hundred to possibly a few thousand in maintenance bills in the first year or two. Of course I don't value these cars as highly as some other members and I tend to go by KBB or NADA dealer price, not retail.
