FS: Porterfield R4S front brake pads + stock calipers

I upgraded to M3 brakes, so up for sale is a set of Porterfield R4S front brake pads and stock calipers (non-vented) with brackets from a 1998 318ti.

Pads are in good shape and have about 12,000 miles. Brake sensor is not included. $25 shipped.

Calipers have 130,000 miles. $40 shipped.

If these are for vented rotors (assume they are being it's a '98) I'll call dibs Can you post or send pics and do a shipping estimate to Cincinnati Ohio 45227? Were the calipers in need of repair before removal? I find Fedex ground to be the cheapest so if possible, quote them.
