Default plastic side skirt jig

Hello,

I recently picked up some m-tech parts from a local pick and pull. After doing some research now I found that the cars with metal side skirts stock need the holes drilled to attach the plastic side skirts. Car is a being used for track purposes and the sides skirts are in rough shape already, but i would still like to attach them correctly if I can. sadly the previous owner didn't want to buy the right clips so they used several screws. At least the rear bumper is in great shape.

It looks like I will need to either eye ball the holes or find a person with the discontinued jigs I could either borrow or buy. If anyone has them and is located along the eastern US coast let me know. I go back and forth between North Carolina and New Jersey frequently.

This is the thread where I saw the jigs being used:

This is the real oem link for the jigs

Any help would be appreciated.
