Default Speaker Sizes

Ok so i had been looking around for this a little. I had searched on here before with no solid results. Found this info over on BimmerForums

E36 Speaker Sizes

Basic:
Kick Panel: 5.25" Midwoofer
Door: 2.5" Midrange
Rear Area: 4"


Standard:
Kick Panel: 5.25" Midwoofer
Door: 2.5" Midrange & 1" tweeter
Rear Area: 4" and 1" tweeter

Interesting, according to Mallard, I have the "676 HIFI LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM". I am guessing that is the Standard setup, while the cars that don't have that listed are the basic setup?

I would imagine. The easier way to tell would be check if you have 1 or 2 speakers in your doors.

fixed that a little, someone else want to check? the basic system has 6 speakers and doesn't have any tweeters, just the mids in the doors, the woofers in the kick panels, and the two speakers in the back

the mids in the door are 2.5", I messed up when I fixed it, other than that, I believe it's good

it's kinda old but the two in the rear that aren't posted are 4" called 4T and have only a 2' clearing underneath them
