(pics) Well, I posted up pics of my interior in another thread and just asked out of curiousity what seat pattern I have... and Sk8nmidget told me he had never seen it before, and I got to thinking - that ive never stumbled across it either in my BMW forum-to-forum interweb travels.... Im sure its nothing special, im just curious... so have a look and if you know or have seen it, please speak up. I have a 98 Base Ti. Prod date 10/97 but i have the leather option on mine. I also have the rear headrests but that too is leather. You should also put this on bf.c to see if someone else has it. | | | 06-24-2008, 11:27 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Orange County, NY Posts: 1,067 | Nice, they almost look like Hebrew writing. | | | 06-25-2008, 12:33 AM | #5 | That's not Millpoint Blue Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: BNA Posts: 3,161 | Have you asked Mallard to run your VIN and give you the list of factory options??? __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH! There are TONS of different BMW fabrics/leathers/etc out there. Any dealer employees know where this might be found? Just look at all the options on just one realoem.com Euro 318ti page. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...44&hg=52&fg=60 Each one with it's own set of colors too. "Montana" Leather "Bambus" Cloth/Leather "Millpoint" Cloth/Leather (we know this one at least) "Bison" Leather "Nappa" Leather "Water Buffalo" Leather "Flat Textile" Cloth "M-CROSS/AMARETTA" Cloth "JACQUARD" Cloth "PIQUE" Cloth Imitation Leather "Clover" Cloth "BOA BOA" Cloth "AMARETTA" Cloth "SCHATTENSTREIFEN" Cloth "CROSS-HATCHING" Cloth "NET" Cloth "Structure" Cloth "RATTAN" Cloth "Oregon" Leather Seriously!!!! I've done a bit of research and found pics of odd euro fabrics for the E39 and E46, but this is just crazy. Here's some embossed leather patterns I've never seen as well. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...31&hg=52&fg=60 With all the money American spend buying BMWs (I'm guessing the largest foreign market by far) why don't we have access to the BMW Individual program? | | | 06-25-2008, 01:30 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | wow, I don't even know what kind of leather I have in my interior now | | | 06-25-2008, 02:07 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: maritimes Posts: 1,433 | would Mallards VIN decoder say specifically the type of cloth? Im glad I made this thread, I had no idea there were so many options!
