How fast can our cars actually go? Is there a speed governor?

There is a speed governor. I have gotten mine a little over 120. I can't remeber since it was a year or so ago but I know it was not pass 125. You can get it chipped to take the speed governor off but I don't know how much faster it will go.

Okay, well here's another question- Has anyone calculated the hypothetical top speed based off of rpm/final drive ratio/wheel diameter (or whatever it is that tells you how fast something can go)?
