My mother just totalled her z3, the engine and its parts are intact. Can someone give me some info if it will easely fit? what parts are not the same? both cars are standard. The z3 engine M44 has 48k miles. My 318ti has four times more mile. Suggestions welcome. thanks. | | | 06-07-2006, 11:22 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by juanp22 Suggestions welcome. | Depending where you live, you may not be able to run an OBD-I motor in an OBD-II car. The M44 should run cleaner emissions wise than the M42, right? Wasn't that part of the purpose of the OBD-II? Is it more complicated than this? | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
