Default M42/M44 clutch

I need to replace the clutch on my M44 engine 318ti. I found a Centerforce Dual friction clutch kit for an M42 engine. Does anyone know if this would still fit ok or should I keep looking???

Default 95' 318

I have a 95' 318 M42 and it had a dualmass flywheel. I opped for the UUC Stage II and M5 clutch, I had to hone out the bell housing of the tranny but it works great.
