Default oem alarm: difference between 82111496445 & 82111469444

Can someone tell me the difference between stock oem alarms #82111469444 (listed on realoem as stock e36 alarm) and 82111496445 (cant find it on realoem).

Anyone know of any place were I can identify that 82111496445 fits e36.

Thanks Eddie
