Interesting. I thought Ben did the swap...

But, although I do agree cutting an E30 is punishable by death in my eyes, the ClubSport ti was manufactured in lower total numbers, and is therefore destined to be the 'ugly duckling' collector car. Low entry cost, but very collectable down the road. Not within five years, more like 20 years when an unmolested example could go for more than original purchase price...

You can imagine my horror when I find people who cut up E36 M3 Lightweights... I'd gladly kill for one. No problem at all.

Ben did a swap on another ti back when he was part of UUC. It was a black ti with the regular body work. He put a 3.2 into that one. There was a write up in Bimmer Mag on the swap.

95 clubsport schwarz with sunroof delete... someone told me this might be the only black one without a sunroof.. anybody know how true this is ??? and to think i was going to sell it...

I have every issue of Bimmer since the first, and I have that article.

I thought it was a white ti? Maybe I'm wrong; haven't seen it since it was in the mag...
