I did not get ripped-off, and David seems like a nice guy, but they just over promise and under deliver. I was elated at their prices but it seemed like after they got my money the customer service just went down the drain. I am a simple guy, don't tell me that all the parts I ordered will be here within 5 days and almost 2 1/2 weeks later I am still waiting for my complete order to arrive.
I hope they get their stuff together because they do have a lot of BMW parts and seem very knowledgable. I just will not order anything from them in the future. | 
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
