Default DIY transmission rebuild

Has anyone ever rebuilt their transmission ??? I'm having problems shifting into 1-2 & 5th. Could be the result of a bad clutch action. The clutch is fine, just the pivot is shot & causing all sorts of squeaky noises.

I'd like to pull it apart & check for damage.
