I am currently going through this swap for the first time and I had a question on a few of those too.
I still don’t know about the throttle cable or what to do with the evap system. I have an entire donor car so that helps.

If you have a donor car I would relocate the battery as well due to the Secondary air pump stuff goes where the Ti battery is. Or you can delete the SAP. I did both options.

From what I understand is every e36 based vehicle has the same fuel pump including the m3 so I didn’t swap that.

One thing you might need to swap over is the fuel pressure regulator unit. The one on the m44 is on the fuel rail as to where on the m52 donor vehicle it’s underneath where the driver sits.

Throttle cable is needed.

Like Voltron says, don't need fuel pump. I think on a 97 the fuel reg is by the fuel filter instead of rail, but a good point to check.

I'd consider a new larger radiator.

The rest seems right.

Yes you'll need the 6cyl cable.

I can’t find any info on it. I’m just doing like the 323 system for evap stuff.

I don’t have emissions stuff either. I just don’t want check engine lights.

Default swap findings

I'm also working on an M52 swap, though sometimes it seems more like researching & less doing.

As far I've found, if you delete the SAP, you're going to get CEL.
There's 2 solutions.
1. Flash DME to remove this requirement.
2. Get SAP emulator plug.
I'm planning DME flash, it's cheaper and I'm removing EWS also.

As far as moving the battery, my brother has an E36 coupe he races. He is moving the battery from the back and putting a smaller, lightweight battery in engine compartment. Should save 12-15 pounds of heavy gauge wire plus battery weight. Seems like a good solution for ti's too, less work than relocating and less weight.
