Well, you'd have to start by looking under the car. Make sure to use jackstands. Chances are, both of those parts are original and probably worn. Look for any obvious signs of wear or damage. Give the driveshaft a little wiggle. Again, make sure the car is properly seated on jackstands. The parts aren't too expensive, I'd imagine neither cost more than a hundred bucks. It may be worth your while to pay a shop to put it on a lift and help you diagnose the problem. |
