The car started out in AZ bought new by my mom (73 yrs old when she bought it). She upgraded? 2 years ago to a Smart car and gifted this car to my son. Got the car with 59,000 miles, my son drove it about 2000 miles and promptly spun out off the road and dented almost every body panel on the car. The engine runs perfectly, has an automatic transmission. I am asking $2200 for the engine. Will include all accessories and anything else you think you might need to install this engine, transmission is for sale too, $700. Can ship and will work that cost out with the buyer. I priced out a rebuild - $1800 for parts alone from BMW. I'm just saying that for someone looking for a great engine with unusually low miles that was driven real easy, that can be plugged right in this might be the ticket. Give me an offer!
