Thanks, I got it installed today. I'm a little worried that it may be a little flappy, but I'll see once I drive out to Ohio later this week.

Was anyone able to make a file for the measurements for this by any chance? Been wanting to make one soon.
Has this improved anyone's mpg? I know aerodynamics improves mpg slightly. Just wanted to see if this is true in this case.
And does anyone know where to order ABS sheets or should I just go to Home Depot as well to get that sheet (thin)?

Well, I've been driving around with my Coroplast underpanel for a few months now and put on a few thousand miles. I've also done numerous autocross and hit many cones with it on. No signs of it sagging or falling off. For <$20, it is a great addition.

Is there a paper template available to send via snail mail? I would like to get a copy.
Thanks,

I realized there was a market for producing these budget panels so I've been selling quite a few. Production is $60 ($30 for hardware, $30 for labor)

So I made 2 of these this weekend, one for "Pit" (my 3rd ti) and one for member eurohb (Bryan)...

Behold, "219 Design" underpanels, v.2!

2 things... the middle part serves to direct air up into the Radiator and helps with rigidity. There is no flex at all across the entire piece now.

Jaime needs one of these badly...

Default my $25 one piece underpanel

Ya, Jamie first. I could use 2, one for Wifie, one for son.

How's the fit if there is a X-brace installed?
