Default Wiring nightmare Electrical guys help!

Alright i'm finally back home with my precious Ti and i now have time to work on my car... anyways you may remember a thread from a couple months ago about the complete hack job on my foglight wiring http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=4161
well I'm ready to take a shot at it and im hoping you guys could help... aceyx, john firestone, bimmer95... if you are around your help would be greatly appreciated

1st off i bought new fog light lenses because my old ones were cracked and had water in them. I installed them last night and noticed that the driver side bulb was burnt out in the new(used from ebay) fogs were put in. This caused both fog lights to turn off... Does this mean that they are wired in a series like mentioned in the other thread? I'm standing by to do any tests needed, i just need your brains to help me.
