Hey all my interior door handle busted off. and I don't wanna pay the dealership 120 bucks ! However the wreckers here in vancouver are a joke so I am curious has anyone ordered from these guys. And more specifically this item? http://www.ecstuning.com/ES101673/

I've heard good things about ECS, never actually done business with them myself though, it says it's an OEM part so it should be good quality

I bought an aluminum water pump pulley from them and eurohb bought some mudflaps from them. No hassles, quality parts, good prices and speedy shipping.

I know, old thread and the OP probably already got his item. Anyway, I just placed an order for the driver side door handle. I can take pictures of it when I get it.

It came out to $75 shipped with 2 day UPS shipping. I was going to order a pair of matching door panels from eBay for $200-$300 dollars, but this is a better alternative since all that is broken is the door handle in my case.

Received the handle today ... looks identical to the OEM one and even has the BMW marking on it. I'm pretty sure they get these directly from a BMW dealer themselves.

ECS does sell OEM BMW parts- if it has a BMW stamp, it's legit.

I've only had one problem with ECS in the past- a couple years ago their server got hacked and my credit card info. was accessed and stolen. They were able to charge about $400-500 on my card before my bank suspected fraud and canceled my card. The only reason I knew it they got the info. from ECS's servers was that ECS sent me a letter about a week after the fraud occurred stating that their servers had been compromised and my info. may have been stolen. A little late, in my case, but at least I knew it wasn't anything on my end.

I've set up online payment systems before; to me, this sort of thing shows gross incompetence on the part of the merchant. They shouldn't have been storing the card info in the first place. The correct way to do it is to let the payment processing company store it. If they really had to store the info themselves for whatever reason, they should have encrypted it. (And, obviously, they should have made sure you can't break into the servers.)
