But of course it is faded black. Would anyone be interested in it? It still has the strings on the side and the clips. I'd have to see how much it is and it's shipping for it though. Wanted to see if there was an interest for this first. __________________ -Theta Chi- Float like a cadilac, sting like a BIMMER .... my socket is just too thick and won't fit in the hole! damnit! Be sure to brush off the rear cover clean before fabric painting. I used wide masking tape to get off all the fluff and dog hair from John's cover. I found a perfect faded black one but my interior is sandgrau grey. | | | 10-21-2014, 05:55 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: LA, Bellflower, CA Posts: 3,613 | Haha damn. That came out good. Gonna have to do it to mine soon. Might be harder to go lighter. Maybe there is a white primer you can use first? __________________ -Theta Chi- Float like a cadilac, sting like a BIMMER .... my socket is just too thick and won't fit in the hole! damnit! Turned a black armrest Maroon to match my Bronco's interior. Dosent rub off when dry and cured. I did a gray at one point, might be darker than Sandgrau tho... 1998 & 1997 318ti Sport Schwartz II 1995 318ti Active Alpineweib III __________________ 1998 318ti Sport - "Cali" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior, Cali top 1998 318ti Sport - "Max" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior, S52 1997 318ti Sport - "Tiny" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior 1995 318ti Active - "Blanca" Alpineweib III/Schwartz leather interior Other Current Bimmers: 2006 530i / 2000 2.3L Z3 / 1997 1.9L Z3 / 1999 540it 1997 318ti Sport - "Huera" - RIP 1995 318ti Active - RIP 1995 318ti Sport - "Tiny" Sold 1994 325i Sedan - "Jade" - Sold 1991 318ic - "Bert" - Sold 1985 635csi sold 1984 533i "Max" Sold 1984 318i sold BMWCCA #160411 SUPPORT 318ti.org! I've used a similar product, a fabric spray called Simple Spray i think it was, to redo a faded black trunk shelf before, stuff works good. I have torn the fabric on my shelf, so a good condition one that is faded is a better deal. | | | 10-21-2014, 05:30 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: LA, Bellflower, CA Posts: 3,613 | Quote: Originally Posted by 30yrMbr Yeah! Oh, as long as you are looking, if you find a secondary air pump (pn 11-72-1-744-490) from any E36 OBD-II vehicle, I need one in good working condition. Within a reasonable price range as always. thanks | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
