Default Hartge Ti?

there's a 318ti with Hartge available locally, says to be Hartge. were there dealer options for this in 96? I'll try to get more info from seller. I see that there are aftermarket parts, but a package?

Is the seller Phil from Montreal? He has the closest thing to a Hartge ti. He is on this forum.
