I'm torn between the bav coil over kit ($629) or the bilstein sport/bav spring combo kit($659), and I'm trying to decide what to do within the next day so that I can order my suspension. And were I still shopping for a car I'd be all over your ti (providing you finished the clearcoat)... I plan to do satin black if ever my paint needs to be redone, yours looks awsome. | | | 04-29-2008, 11:18 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | Quote: Originally Posted by thesk8nmidget | own3d | | | 04-30-2008, 06:12 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | LobsterMagnet, you should get the bilstein sport and H&R sport springs over the BAV. Do you want coilover for adjusting height or other purposes? jeff318, hope you weren't selling just because people gave bad comments about the flat black paint job on bfc? Ignore them and don't bother with the ti haters over there. | | | 04-30-2008, 09:31 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: MI Posts: 204 | Stealth- I only want ajustable coils b/c I'm going to be driving this car year round and it'd be convienient to be able to ajust for the seasons. I'm pretty set on the Bilstein Sports, but I'm leaning towards the BAV springs simply b/c they are paired up in a package deal w/the struts on BAV ($660), and more affoardable. I've spent the last two days looking at prices everywhere b/c I'd like to get the H&R springs with the Bilstein sports, but I can't find any combo of vendors to equal out to less than $730-750ish. Thanks for the advice! | | | 04-30-2008, 09:34 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Denver, Colorado Posts: 3,212 | Yup i need the coilovers for winter too.
