Stats are as follows: 1998 318ti, Ascot Green on Dove Leather- 179,XXX on chassis and drivetrain
- California package, full open top sunroof
- M44 with 5 speed manual
- Staggered M-Contours
Issues: - Some sort of transmission/clutch issue not allowing the car to drive
- Some rust circles on the hood from chips/paint failure
- Dent on driver's side rear quarter panel
- DS window regulator is shot
- California roof is broken in typical fashion, the motor turns but isn't engaging.
Engine starts and idles very smoothly and a transmission problem isn't allowing the car to move. Something I have yet to figure out to see if the transmission is fine for a swap. Let me know what you need! Email is best at goldfinger.automotive@gmail.com! Emailed you back on the motor. I'd rather not part down to little items. I'm only trying to break even on the car and junk it. With that said, I'll sell it at any time for $1000 firm to just recoup my money. __________________ GFa: Parts, Powdercoating, and Powah | | | 06-09-2012, 10:33 PM | #14 | Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: NY Posts: 3 | Interested in front end sheet metal, and various under hood trim bits. hood and hinges, fenders, upper trim panel, kidneys, rad support and shroud, etc. I can provide you with contact info. Since I'm new, I don't have use of the pm system yet I'm guessing.
