really wierd idle help please

i have spent hours cleaning valves and throttle body but this weird idle still occures makes the car sound like it has upgraded cams i really dont know what to and any help will be really good thanks here is a link to the vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcQk...ature=youtu.be

if anyone car sounds like this check ur pcv valve as mine was broken
