Default Emergency Brakes!!!

Hey does anyone know how to tighten up the emergency brake. I feel like I have to raise the lever up too high to feel any pressure applied to the e-brake.

There is also an adjustment for the cable at the rotor. Buy a Bentley manual, it explains the process. If you're on a budget, the Haynes manual also has this info.
